Solid preparations are equipped with domestic advanced high-efficiency wet granulation machine, high-efficiency boiling drying machine, high-speed crushing griller, three-dimensional mixer, high-speed tablet press, capsule filler, high-efficiency packing machine and other equipment. At present, it has the annual production capacity of 1.5 billion soft capsules, 800 million hard capsules, 1.2 billion tablets, 500 million bubbling tablets, and 1,500 tons of powder. With a variety of diversified packaging forms of automatic packaging equipment, it can meet packaging forms with bottled, box, PVC, hard and soft double aluminum, aluminum foil bag.
HARD CAPSULES
There are several quality assurance and control measures in place to minimize waste and ensure a consistently pure product. We purchase the empty capsules from trusted suppliers who have a record of proven quality.
